Dinking and dinked parts

We manufacture a variety of gaskets of different shapes and sizes using dinking knives. This method of production is also suitable for small batch production as the tools acquisition costs are lower than in case of pressing matrixes.

We used modern NC automatic machines enabling us to produce both small and large dinkings.

Most commonly the materials processed are rubber-cork, graphite, paper, cardboard, woven and non-woven fabrics and sponge materials.

All the materials can be provided with a self adhesive layer.
